It's here!

We are having very severe cold weather. This is definitely not the best time to be standing outside waiting for the postman, but you see, not that I had to, it’s just that I’ve been expecting the delivery of a very special package, so for the past days I’ve bundled up, braved the elements, and lurked. Luckily, and right before frostbite could claim a finger or the tip of my nose, it is here!

Continuations, beginnings and a big surprise!

A Happy New Year to all! Hope everyone had a beautiful and magical closing to 2009 and that plans for great and wonderful projects are already being made :0)

It is always exciting to start a new year.  Putting away Christmas decorations, cleaning, re-arranging furniture, displaying old and new treasures, being able to rest after the rush of the holidays, starting a new Journal. Little did I know that I would be able to add something even more special to this year's beginning. My good friend, Quillfeather, has bestowed upon me the Best Blog Award! 

Saying that I am happy is an understatement. I guess, "thrilled" is more accurate! I thank you, Quillfeather, for thinking of me, for stopping by and leaving your comments, and for always making me smile.
