The feel of warm soft pebbles under my feet...
Fingers still moist from the morning dew...
In my ears there's lingering birdsong, a glorious celebration of a brand new day...
I can still see the golden sunlight, precious amber gems laid about...
for all to share...
The peace, the silence, the view from a window...
I connect with everything around me...
Joy fills my heart and suddenly, I have wings...

ReplyDeleteThank you everyone for your lovely comments. They never fail to bring a smile and make my days so much brighter! We have been going away to the Purple Caravan every weekend. Rennovations have not started because my husband is quite busy at the moment. Hopefully we will have a chance sometime in the Fall. In the meantime we are just enjoying this unexpected gift.
