Two spirits dance

Two spirits dance
Amongst the leaves,
Their feet are wet,
Their eyes are moist…

 Deaf are their ears
To spoken words
Round and round they go…

They can only hear the sound
Of their beating hearts play
A rhythm unknown until today…

  1. Your gypsy heart shows itself perfectly in the post Alina.

..."their feet are wet" ... could they have shed their tales and scales to join the land of men for a small foray? Mer-people are a favorite passion of mine. They collect on my walls and in my cabinets - gifts from loved ones ... they remind me to give my heart free reign to express itself. xxxVicki

Albert Schweitzer said "In everyone's life, at some time, our inner fire goes out. It is then burst into flame by an encounter with another human being. We should all be thankful for those people who rekindle the inner spirit" I thank you all!
