Songs of Innocence

Innocence comes before experience
but experience that looses innocence
cannot see the beauty of the world...

Today innocence is like a ghost
It appears only sometimes
only when it is night
and you are not sure
if it really exists...

  1. So true... which is why we want so much to protect the innocence of our children. We know its fleeting. Its also why we must remember to keep a grasp on the innocence that allows us old ones to still see the beauty around us. Love this post Alina~

  2. My daughter is eleven and still has the little girl innocence. I know that soon it will disappear into adolecence so I'm treasuring every moment.

Albert Schweitzer said "In everyone's life, at some time, our inner fire goes out. It is then burst into flame by an encounter with another human being. We should all be thankful for those people who rekindle the inner spirit" I thank you all!
